Finding a stucco contractor willing to come out for an estimate was harder than finding the actual problem! Thankfully, ZD Stucco was responsive from the very beginning and communicated well throughout the entire project.

Jorge handled the estimate and was my main point of contact throughout, and Cindy, Jose, Candido, and Byron repaired the stucco molding around several windows and my front foundation. Everyone says stucco is a messy job, but not this crew. Thanks to Cindy's leadership and attention to detail, along with Jose's commitment to keeping the job site clean and organized, they cleaned up as they went and left everything spotless.

Candido deserves a special shout-out. I wish I could keep him, a bucket of stucco, and his magic scraper around the house to fix everything! Byron was friendly, professional, and made sure I was happy with every detail before they finished.

The whole team worked together so well, I joked they were like family... then I found out they actually are! It shows in the pride they take in their work and in how seamlessly they work together.

The team was amazing! First they came to my house on a sunday to review the work since were left in an unfortunate situation from another contractor that required immediate repair of the stucco on our house. They were so kind and understanding of our situation and found a quick resolution after rearranging their schedule at the last minute. Z and D stucco just finished a major project at my home and the results were… fantastic! It looks like I have a brand new home. From the day of the first onsite visit ( for an estimate) until the final touches and cleanup, the entire crew were complete professionals. Two days of repairs and prep followed by two days of painting and caulking, these guys were great. Additionally, the office staff were very helpful and made the whole process run smoothly. There was a lot of attention to detail. All, not to be painted surfaces, were taped off and protected. The final cleanup was very thorough. I already had a neighbor ask me for Z and D’s phone number. I can totally recommend this company if you’re planning to beautify your home.

ZD Stucco Repair came from New Jersey in April to repair the stucco on side of my house in driveway. I share driveway with my neighbors but ZD Stucco Repair got the job done in 3 days with scaffolding and matched the white paint on rest of my 1922 stucco house with repair.

No need to look elsewhere. The WHOLE team is fantastic, great work and fantastic communication. There were some supply issues and also weather issues with our project but Jorge kept me updated on everything, no waiting around and wondering. Carlos and the team were there on time, took their time to prep everythiing the correct way and did a beautiful job. No mess and great job of cleaning up. Would highly recommend!!!

From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor! Every call, text and email was answered quickly with knowledge and professionalism. My project was supposed to just be a repair to the stucco on my chimney due to a crack and discoloration. It snowballed into pretty much having my entire chimney rebuilt because the wood behind was all rotted. Jorge Alfaro was great with communication and kept me informed during the whole process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fair and a pleasure to deal with as the point man! Bryan and the crew that did the work did an exceptional job. They knew exactly how to handle each phase. They worked neatly and cleaned up before they left each day. They did such a beautiful job! No one would ever know that this is not the original stucco ~ it’s an exact match to the rest of the house! Our condominium community wanted to renew roofs and exteriors of 61 buildings at the Four Seasons at Chester, in Chester New Jersey. After roof replacement was completed and on recommendation of STO Corp we contacted ZDStucco and two other contractors with the objective of making the stucco/eifs exteriors like new. From the beginning we liked the professionalism and attention to detail of Zoltan and Bacha- After bidding and review they won the contract. Now, a year later we can report the work was excellent. Jorge and his team were meticulous in replacing sealant, making repairs, coating and painting. Always clean and courteous. We had no material complaints from owners. ZD Stucco Repair performed repair work on the Clermont II Condominium Building in Nyack, New York, and the results were excellent. The workmanship was exceptionally neat and well executed, to the point that the repaired areas are indistinguishable from the original stucco construction. We got an estimate from ZD for our chimney repair and also for the entire house restoration, and felt very comfortable going ahead with the job based on the interactions with owner Zoltan Dicso, and after checking the company’s BBB rating (A+), and the company’s instagram account (very informative). We also got another quote to compare costs, and felt ZD had given us a fair price and seemed to have more experience with this type of work.

I am not exaggerating when I say this is the most positive experience with ANY contractor that we have EVER had. Their communication from start to finish was incredible. You constantly get updates (usually by text) in a very professional manner. Here’s an example:

Alberto made sure the landscape was protected, and the workmanship and work ethic was excellent. The whole job took about 2 weeks, always started on time (usually 8am - 6pm), and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.

We are SO HAPPY with the finished work. Our house looks brand new! I would recommend this company without hesitation.
