We removed the old system, replaced more than 60 sheets of plywood, and installed new sheathing, waterproofing, insulation, and Dryvit EIFS. Custom arches and moldings were rebuilt.
The wall assembly was rebuilt from the substrate outward, providing better waterproofing and insulation while retaining the building’s recognizable design.
