Finding a stucco contractor willing to come out for an estimate was harder than finding the actual problem! Thankfully, ZD Stucco was responsive from the very beginning and communicated well throughout the entire project.

Jorge handled the estimate and was my main point of contact throughout, and Cindy, Jose, Candido, and Byron repaired the stucco molding around several windows and my front foundation. Everyone says stucco is a messy job, but not this crew. Thanks to Cindy's leadership and attention to detail, along with Jose's commitment to keeping the job site clean and organized, they cleaned up as they went and left everything spotless.

First they came to my house on a sunday to review the work since were left in an unfortunate situation from another contractor that required immediate repair of the stucco on our house. They were so kind and understanding of our situation and found a quick resolution after rearranging their schedule at the last minute. Z and D stucco just finished a major project at my home and the results were… fantastic! It looks like I have a brand new home. From the day of the first onsite visit ( for an estimate) until the final touches and cleanup, the entire crew were complete professionals. From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor! Every call, text and email was answered quickly with knowledge and professionalism. My project was supposed to just be a repair to the stucco on my chimney due to a crack and discoloration. It snowballed into pretty much having my entire chimney rebuilt because the wood behind was all rotted. Jorge Alfaro was great with communication and kept me informed during the whole process. Our condominium community wanted to renew roofs and exteriors of 61 buildings at the Four Seasons at Chester, in Chester New Jersey. After roof replacement was completed and on recommendation of STO Corp we contacted ZDStucco and two other contractors with the objective of making the stucco/eifs exteriors like new. ZD Stucco Repair performed repair work on the Clermont II Condominium Building in Nyack, New York, and the results were excellent. The workmanship was exceptionally neat and well executed, to the point that the repaired areas are indistinguishable from the original stucco construction. If you are looking for a stucco repair/restoration company, I’m very willing to share my experience with ZD Stucco.

We got an estimate from ZD for our chimney repair and also for the entire house restoration, and felt very comfortable going ahead with the job based on the interactions with owner Zoltan Dicso, and after checking the company’s BBB rating (A+), and the company’s instagram account (very informative). We also got another quote to compare costs, and felt ZD had given us a fair price and seemed to have more experience with this type of work.

I am not exaggerating when I say this is the most positive experience with ANY contractor that we have EVER had. Their communication from start to finish was incredible. You constantly get updates (usually by text) in a very professional manner. Here’s an example:

Jorge kept us updated all along the way and introduced us to Alberto and Miguel who were doing the on-site work. Alberto made sure the landscape was protected, and the workmanship and work ethic was excellent. The whole job took about 2 weeks, always started on time (usually 8am - 6pm), and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.

We are SO HAPPY with the finished work. Our house looks brand new! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We could not be happier with the job ZD Stucco did for us. Our 22 year old stucco home needed a face lift and today the house looks brand new. The price quote was very competitive and the staff is delightful to work with. Whether it was Pamela getting paperwork in order, Bacha working out our payment plan, Sergio the onsite manager who, working with the other men on site made sure everything was done to perfection and Jorge Alfaro who oversaw the entire project and was in touch every day making sure we were happy and always checking if there was anything we needed or wanted. ZD Stucco Repair is an Awesome company. Zolton and Pamela have an amazing Team. 6 years ago my wife and I purchased our home in Cranford, NJ. It was a fix-er-upper and the majority of the home was old Stucco. We have a porch and a small addition that were vinyl siding. I search for Stucco Repair companies including larger firms. They were so highly priced, we were about to give up. I found ZD on an internet search and made an appointment. Zolton did not show up for that appointment and when I called him to see if he was coming, I was very surprised at his response....I am so so sorry John I completely missed the appointment, please can I come tomorrow at 4:00 and I will be there. Well they say Honesty is always the best policy...and it is. I was so impressed that Zolton did not try to make up an excuse and immediate with his response, so I knew it was honest and sincere. He came the next day -On Time-, friendly, professional and fair priced. My wife and I went on vacation that summer and came home to a beautifully stucco and painted home. The transition was amazing! They were excellent in providing me an estimate and explaining what needed to be done. Ended up having them make that major repair, fix some other minor issues and also paint the whole exterior. ZD stucco was recommended by our stucco inspector when we were in the process of buying an over-100-year-old stucco house. The staff including ******* and Bacha were quick to respond and communicate during the process of figuring out what repairs needed to be done. Just excellent. We contacted and received quotes from several companies. ZD Stucco responded with a competitive quote to treat 15 yr old stucco with some treatment required. Once we signed a contract and locked in the start date - the workers showed up on schedule. They proceeded to treat the house - repairs where needed, applying new stucco to respective areas and figuring out a paint match. The workers came back after a few days, timing the painting with good weather. The execution completed over 3 weeks start to finish. Overall the estimate and bid process, scheduling , communication during production, the workers themselves and the quality of the job itself all went perfectly. We would have no reservations about contracting them again or recommending them to anyone looking to deal with beautiful stucco cladding.
