The Challenges
Across the 62-building community, the stucco showed fine cracks, loose areas, and general wear. Failed sealant around windows and doors left vulnerable joints where moisture could enter.
Scope of Work
We power-washed the buildings, removed failed caulking, and installed new backer rod and flexible sealant. Damaged stucco was repaired and protected with two coats of Sto Lotusan.
The Finished Result
The community now has a cleaner, more consistent exterior with better protection from rain and moisture. The work also helps reduce future maintenance across the property.
