ZD Stucco Repair is an exterior restoration company serving New Jersey and the Greater New York area. Founded in 2017, we bring more than 20+ years of industry experience to residential homes, commercial buildings, condominium communities and historic properties.
Our work brings together stucco repair and installation, exterior restoration, painting, roofing, gutters and siding. Behind every project is a team that cares about the finished building and the people who live or work there.
Our founder, Zoltan Dicso, came to the United States from Budapest, Hungary, with $200 and no English. After years of working in construction and learning the trade on job sites, he founded ZD Stucco Repair.
Zoltan and his wife, Pamela, began by storing tools and materials on their balcony. Together, they built a company that now serves homeowners, commercial properties, hotels and residential communities through honest recommendations, clear communication and responsible work.
Our mission is to help property owners care for their buildings through honest advice and lasting workmanship, while building a company where our people can grow.

Founder
Zoltan built ZD after years of working in construction. His experience on job sites shaped the company’s focus on careful workmanship, honest recommendations and personal responsibility.

Pamela has helped build ZD from its earliest days. She has worked alongside Zoltan to develop the company’s operations and support its growth into larger residential and commercial projects.
Production Manager
Jorge coordinates project work and keeps customers informed. Clients regularly mention his updates, responsiveness and attention to their questions throughout the job.
